Martina Satkova picked up another two gold medals when she helped steer her Czech K1  and C1 teams to victory at the ICF Wildwater Canoe World Championships in Muotothal, Switzerland, on Friday.

Satkova, who won both K1 and C1 classic golds on the opening day of the world titles, teamed up with Anezka Paloudova and Barbora Dimovova to post a comfortable win in the K1.

France finished with the silver, more than nine seconds behind, while home team Switzerland picked up the bronze.

Satkova also teamed up with Paloudova and Marie Nemcova to win the women's C1 team title, finishing ahead of Italy and France.

Ondrej Rolenc continued his winning ways by teaming up with Czech teammates Marek Rygel and Antonin Hales to win the men’s C1 teams gold medal.

It’s Rolenc’s second gold of the 2018 World Championships.

Germany, led by veteran Norman Weber, picked up the silver, and France took the bronze.

The Czechs went within 0.07 seconds of making it a clean sweep in the team events, with the French trio of Paul Graton, Paul Jean and Maxence Barouh edging out Adam Satke, Filip Hric and Karel Slepica for the gold in the men’s K1.

The French posted a time of 12.23.50, to the Czech 12.23.57. Germany picked up the bronze.

The heats of the sprint races will be held on Saturday, with the finals on Sunday.
