Strategic Plan and Structure

ICF Fit For Future Evolution 2024-2026

Building on the achievements made under Fit For Future 2022-2024, this refined strategic plan has been designed to ensure the long-term success and growth of paddle sport and the federation. From 2024-2026, the ICF will undergo a comprehensive organisational review with five focus areas. The prorities include increasing administrative support, strengthening governance and decision-making, advancing the development model, evolving event delivery and delivering on digital. The process will culminate in the relaunch of the federation under the new name of Paddle Worldwide at its next Congress in 2026.

Overall, the ICF is committed to advancing paddle sports worldwide, guided by its core values and strategic initiatives outlined in the 'Fit for Future' plan.

Financial Audit Reports

The ICF, as a non-profit organisation, promotes a culture of good governance through transparency. ICF contracts external financial institutions to audit the accounts of ICF Treasurer and Headquarters. The contracted company inspects and reports on all ICF finances and if requested, acts as a financial adviser to the ICF Executive Committee. Below are the recent audit reports. Further, ICF has a strict EXPENSE POLICY to restrict financial wrongdoing or any exploitations.

The financial audits can be found on the finance page.
