Diversity and Inclusion

The ICF is dedicated to promoting a diverse environment both on and off the water.  The Diversity and Inclusion Commission helps to identify the underlying issues limiting diversity and inclusion and sets policies and action plans to improve diversity, inclusion and equity throughout the paddlesports community.
