Registrations for voting delegates and proxys have now closed. Observers and guests can still register to attend the Congress and the 100-year anniversary dinner.

Voting will be completed by personal smartphone or computer though a dedicated portal for the Congress. Login and password details will be provided to the voting delegate from each national federation in the week of the Congress.

Morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be provided during the Congress at the time specified on the agenda. Buffet lunch will be available daily from 12:30 - 14:00. Dinner will be available from 18:30 - 21:00.

All Congress attendees are invited to attend the ICF Centenary Dinner, to be held on Saturday 9 November from 18:30 in the Perge Hall. Please indicate your attendance on the registration form. There will not be any additional cost to attend the dinner.

Any attendees who do not eat meat or who have any other specific dietary requirements should notify congress@canoeicf.sport prior to 1 November to ensure your needs are catered for.

The Congress will be held in English. Live interpretation will be provided throughout the Congress in French, Spanish and Russian.

Any National Federation who has lost a significant contributor to the world of canoeing in the past two years can send the details and a short note to congress@canoeicf.sport, to be included in a brief memorial during the Congress.
