My parents were kayakers, and the 2012 World Cup events were at my local spots, so I started training for them and to make the team for the 2013 World Championships.

Winning World Championships as a junior, and getting a by into seniors for the 2015 World Champs (a year where I wouldn't have been good enough to make the team on a wave). 1st as Jr at 2013 World Championships, 7th at 2015 World Championships
