BIOGRAPHY
Otten will make his Olympic debut at Paris 2024. He is also the first Dutchman to qualify in the C1 category for the Games. He met the IOC’s qualification requirements for the Olympics at European Games and had to prove himself again before the Dutch NOC selected him.
