Prashant Kushwaha
About
Prashant Kushwaha was elected as the President of the Asian Canoe Confederation (ACC) at the continental body’s Ordinary Congress in October 2025.
He is a member of the ACC Paracanoe Standing Committee. With the Indian Olympic Association (IOA), he has multiple roles, including being a member of the International Relations Committee.
Kushwaha was also the chairman of the IOA's first ever Indian Olympic Education Committee in 2019.
He has played a key role in organising multiple paddle sport events in India, including Malabar River Festival, Meghalaya Kayak Festival, Tehri Water Sports Cup,Tawangchu Tides Tribal Water Sports Cup, and the International President Cup.
