Noemi Horvath
About
Noemi Horvath retained her role as Chair of the ICF SUP Committee after beating Moldova’s Martin Marinov at the ICF Congress in Antalya, Turkey, in 2024.
Horvath has been a race director at SUP events and has experience holding other positions such as team leader at several continental and international competitions.
She played a crucial role in developing SUP and increasing the number of National Federations at the World Championships, paving the way for the SUP Commission to become a SUP Committee at the Congress in Antalya.

2019-2024 – Hungarian Canoe Federation sports coordinator and international relations manager
2017-2021 – Project Manager at Gyorgy Kalonics Foundation
Sports practised
Horvath represented Hungary in SUP, Canoe Sprint and Canoe Marathon.
A SUP world champion in Qingdao in 2019, Horvath also won European gold in Canoe Marathon in 2017 and a silver medal at the Junior and U23 Canoe Sprint World Championships in 2011.
