For the paddling world, Canoe Marathon, Dragon Boat, and Canoe Polo are set to take centre stage as The World Games Chengdu 2025 begins in little more than a week’s time.    

Fans can catch all the action live as the International World Games Association has announced the launch of The World Games Live, a dedicated streaming platform.  

Developed in partnership with the International Sports Broadcasting Company, it will offer live coverage of competitions, the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, and medal ceremonies for all 34 sports of the programme from August 7 to 17.  

You can either download the app on the Apple Store or the Google Play Store, or use the desktop or mobile version free of charge.  

The World Games Live will also offer streamed content as video on demand (VoD) so fans can relive the highlights.  

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR THE WORLD GAMES LIVE

  • Create an account in The World Games Live by filling out the details and click submit.  
  •  Enter the OTP sent to the email address used during registration to confirm the account.  
  •  Sign in using the credentials and choose your preferred sport. 

Tune in now to catch the highlights of Canoe Marathon and Canoe Polo finals from The World Games Birmingham 2022 and other archived footage. 

Canoe Marathon and Dragon Boat races are set to take place on August 9 and 10 followed by Canoe Polo matches from August 13 to 16.
