The International Canoe Federation has launched its recruitment drive ahead of the opening of its new headquarters in Budapest, Hungary.

Three waves of job vacancies will be published over the coming weeks as the global governing body for paddlesport will further strengthen its workforce.

Once the process has been completed, the new recruits will fill positions across areas including sport, digital innovation, communications and sponsorship.

A total of 14 jobs will be advertised, with the application process starting for six of those.

Firstly, the ICF is looking to recruit a Head of Commercial and Sponsorship, Head of Sport Information and Digital Innovation, Office Administration Manager, Flatwater Discipline Manager, Budapest Office Project Manager and Africa and Europe Continental Support Manager.

An initial deadline of 1 June has been set for applications so those interested do not have long to submit.

The positions support the implementation of the ICF’s strategic goals, particularly the 'Fit for Future' initiative, and upholds the organisation’s core values.

The successful candidates will contribute to a high-performing, collaborative, and forward-thinking work environment, helping to elevate the quality and visibility of paddle sports across the world.

With a mission to grow the sport at every level, the ICF operates in a dynamic, international, and increasingly decentralised structure, with offices in Budapest, Lausanne, and Hangzhou.

The ICF is scaling rapidly to support innovation, development, and global growth with the Budapest headquarters at the heart of its operations.
