The European Canoe Association has announced the venues for canoe sprint, slalom and wildwater Continental Championships from 2019 to 2021.

The ECA’s Board of Directors met at the headquarters of the Spanish Olympic Committee in Madrid.

The ECA had already awarded four Championships to the best bidders, while another four venues of the European Championships in the year 2021 remain undecided at the moment.

The 2021 ECA senior Canoe Sprint and Paracanoeing European Championships was awarded to Duisburg (Germany), junior and u23 Canoe Sprint European Championships will be in Poznan (Poland), senior Canoe Slalom European Championships will be organised in Ivrea (Italy), while junior and u23 Canoe Slalom European Championships will be held in Krakow (Poland).

The 2019 ECA Wildwater Canoeing European Championships will be held in Kobarid (Slovenia).

The next ECA congress is scheduled for 2019 and the organisation of the congress was awarded to Belgrade, Serbia.

  • ECA 2021 Canoe Sprint and Paracanoeing European Championships to Duisburg, GER,
  • ECA 2021 Canoe Sprint Juniors & U23 European Championships to Poznan, POL,
  • ECA 2021 Canoe Slalom European Championships to Ivrea, ITA,
  • ECA 2021 Canoe Slalom Juniors & U23 European Championships to Krakow, POL.
