The 2018 ICF Dragon Boat World Championships will be held on scenic Lake Lanier, near Atlanta in the United States.

Lake Lanier was the sprint canoeing venue for the 1996 Olympics, and is sure to be a popular venue for this year's World Championships - the first time a major dragon boat competition has been held in the US.

Countries are being urged to get their entries in as soon as possible. Organisers are leaving nothing to chance as they prepare to showcase this exciting team sport to Americans and a global television audience.
