BIOGRAPHY
The VL3 world silver medallist from 2023 will try her luck in the same event at Paris 2024. A torchbearer ahead of Vancouver 2010 Winter Paralympic Games, Scarff studied kinesiology at Brock University, St. Catharines and started paddling in 2013 and switched from kayaking to the Va’a boat in 2021 after a suggestion from her coach.
