Sebastian Cuattrin and his team of organisers are working to prepare the Rio Open and Foz Open which are now only three months away; excitement is building in Brazil.
Following the agreement between the ICF and IOC, the Deodoro Channel is open and in full swing for the sport of Canoe Slalom with the national team training regularly. There are also recreational operations at the venue.
The park was reopened in September this year and has already received thousands of people and hundreds of athletes who use the rapids for training.
The Brazil Federation look forward to seeing you back at the Olympic venue for the Rio Open or in Foz.
