Nelia BARBOSA (FRA)

The Tokyo 2020 KL3 silver medallist won the same medal again at her home Paralympic Games in Paris. The European and world medallist loves to draw and was born in Portugal to a French mother and Guinean father and relocated to France in 2007. In 2021, she was awarded Knight of the National Order of Merit in France.
