Fiona will share her tips for "Race Preparation" the physical and mental aspects for her success on water. 

About
Fiona has proven herself as one of the most decorated athletes in the sport of stand up paddling. She is unique in the fact that she competes in both sup racing as well as sup surfing and does so at the highest level. From Hood River Oregon, Fiona travels the world competing on the APP World Tour representing Starboard. In 2016 she won her first SUP Racing World Title and has placed in the top three ever since. At the start of the 2019 season, she won the APP World Tour Sunset Beach Pro, which puts her in the best position to start her SUP Surfing World Title campaign. Amongst all of that, Fiona also has Type 1 Diabetes. She was diagnosed at 18 and has not let it hold her back. She advocates for healthy lifestyles and promotes awareness about Type 1 Diabetes through social media and outreach events. Fiona truly believes that if you have a dream, you can achieve it!

Connor will talk about how to properly execute buoy turns and  give pointers on basic form for paddling

About
Connor Baxter is a water sports phenom. Raised on the water, Connor began competing in Windsurfing and Surfing events at the age of 8.
By 14, he was surfing the biggest waves in the world – becoming the youngest person to ever windsurf the infamous Jaws break.
At 16, Connor shifted his focus to Stand-Up Paddle and immediately became the sport’s prodigy after setting a world record at the Molokai-2-Oahu World Championships, 4 minutes ahead of the closest competitor. Now 26, Connor’s accolades have only grown more impressive. He is the Stand Up Paddle World Champion, the Fastest Paddler on Earth, five-time SUP Athlete of the Year, five-time Male Paddler of the Year, Battle of the Paddle Champion, Pacific Paddle Games Champion and has more than 100 first place finishes.
